What agencies measured after adding AI to their existing platform
Two decisions, not one
Access Recruitment and Vincere are strong where they have always been strong: the record, the back office, pay and bill, timesheets, compliance reporting. Nothing here argues you should replace that. This table separates the AI work from the record it sits on.
| Feature | Globus.ai | Access / Vincere |
|---|---|---|
| System of record, pay and bill, timesheets | Available as your full agentic ATS, or left with Access / Vincere while you evaluate | Access / Vincere, mature and purpose-built for this |
| Order intake from client email and PDF | Read and structured automatically, any format, under a minute (Eira) | Manual entry, with AI assistance available in the suite |
| Database search | Reasoning-based match with a written explanation per candidate, learning from feedback (Saga) | Field, tag and Boolean search |
| Candidate engagement out of hours | Multi-channel conversations around the clock (Nora) | Recruiter working hours |
| Shift offers and confirmations | Priority-based routing with SLA, offered and confirmed automatically (Freja) | One by one |
| Credential and compliance expiry | Continuous monitoring with alerts and an audit trail (Ingrid) | Reports and fields |
| How you get there | Add the AI work alongside Access / Vincere first; a full agentic-ATS migration is available later, on your timeline | Your existing agreement, unaffected either way |
| Pricing model | Usage-based Globus Credits, published model | Modular, contact sales |
Start with the work, not the record
Every agent below can run alongside Access or Vincere from week one, with the option of a full agentic-ATS move whenever it makes sense for your desk.
-
Eira Inbox IntelligenceReads the order out of the email, the attachment or the portal and structures it in under a minute, whatever format the client sent it in. UK healthcare desks run on inbound email; this is where the hours are.
-
Saga Search & MatchAssesses seniority, qualification and fit the way a senior consultant would, and writes down why each person is on the shortlist. When you reject someone, it learns.
-
Nora EngagementRuns candidate conversation across channels at any hour and at volume, so availability is confirmed before the desk opens rather than chased after it.
-
Ingrid ComplianceMonitors credentials and expiry dates continuously and raises the alert before a booking becomes a problem. Built for healthcare desks where an expired registration is a cancelled shift.

Connect alongside Access or Vincere
Globus.ai reads from and writes back to your existing platform. Nothing about your current agreement changes on day one.
- 02
Calibrate
Roles, skills, client preferences and compliance rules mapped to your desk, not a generic one.

Decide the record later, if at all
Most agencies run this way indefinitely. If a full agentic-ATS migration ever makes sense, it is available on your timeline, never a forced cutover.
“UK healthcare staffing agency TXM Healthcare uses Globus.ai AI email parsing on top of their Access setup to turn inbound client email into structured orders.”
Access and Vincere, common questions
We are considering leaving Vincere. Why would we add software instead?
Because the two decisions are separable, and one of them is much cheaper to test. Work out which of your complaints are about the record (billing, timesheets, reporting, contract terms) and which are about the work (search quality, manual order entry, out-of-hours candidate contact). The second group can be solved in days by adding Globus.ai alongside what you run today. If the first group still justifies a move afterwards, a full agentic-ATS migration is a real, available option, and you keep everything the agents have already learned about your desk either way.
Does Globus.ai replace Access or Vincere?
It can, but that is not the starting recommendation on this page. Globus.ai is a full agentic ATS in its own right, so a complete migration is genuinely available when an agency wants it. Most agencies start by running it alongside Access or Vincere instead, adding the AI work without touching the record, and decide about a fuller move later, if at all.
Is Globus.ai an Access partner?
Yes. Globus.ai has a live, named-customer integration with Access Recruitment CRM (TXM Healthcare runs it today), and The Access Group is a Globus.ai channel partner. This page is written for agencies on that platform, not against it.
What happens if we do switch ATS later?
The AI agents and everything they have learned about your desk move with you. Globus.ai integrates with Access and Vincere today, and with Carerix, Bullhorn, Recman and others, so a later migration carries the work forward rather than starting over.
Is Vincere a good platform?
For temp and contract-heavy agencies it is genuinely strong, particularly around timesheets, pay and bill and back-office coverage. Nothing on this page argues otherwise, and that strength is exactly why most agencies add AI alongside it rather than replacing it on day one.
Where is our data processed?
In the EU, with human-in-the-loop review and a full audit trail on automated decisions, designed for the EU AI Act and for healthcare and public-sector buyers.
