An accurate answer, not a guess
The file pins what Globus is (and what it is not), so an assistant does not confuse us with the other companies that share the name, or blend us with a generic ATS or chatbot.
"Globus.ai" is a Norwegian B2B software company founded in 2017, serving staffing and recruitment agencies in the Nordics and the UK. It is not related to Globus Medical, Globus Journeys (travel), Globus Spirits, the Swiss retailer, or the Globus Toolkit.

Why we did this
Software is increasingly discovered, compared and recommended by AI. The vendors that are easy for an assistant to read get recommended accurately, on their own terms. We sell AI colleagues for a living, so being the most agent-legible platform in our category is simply practising what we preach.
The machine-readable file follows the llms.txt convention. In production it lives at globus.ai/llms.txt; this page is a staging preview on pages.globus.ai.
