Every task an AI colleague does - a candidate search, an interview screen, a full placement - draws on your monthly credits. Quick tasks use a little, complex work uses more. Volume bundles and annual prepay both lower your effective rate; we work out the right mix when we scope your plan.

Text messages to candidates are billed by usage on top of your plan, with volume discounts available. Most agencies reserve SMS for time-critical placements and use the app- and login-free candidate flow for everything else.

What is a credit? A unit of AI work capacity. Each credit tracks the compute an AI colleague uses for a task, so light tasks such as a candidate search cost a little, and heavier work such as a full end-to-end placement costs more. Your monthly credits are your team's work capacity for the month, and they reset like a phone plan - no carryover, no compounding bill. Is this priced per seat?
No. You pay one flat plan price plus the work your AI colleagues do, measured in credits. Add recruiters without adding cost to the core plan - extra users are only priced separately once you pass your plan's included allowance.
What is a credit worth?
Roughly one AI action. A quick search costs a little, a full placement costs more. Your plan's monthly credits are sized to your team's usual placement volume.
Do I lose credits I don't use?
Credits reset monthly like a phone plan, so the bill never compounds. There is no carryover - we flag you well before you run out, so you can top up or move up a plan in good time.
Which AI colleagues do I get?
You choose from the whole roster. Core suits a starter pair, Growth a growing team, Scale a full desk, and Enterprise the whole team. You can add more AI colleagues to any plan as your needs grow.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes - prepaying annually reduces your overall cost. We will work out the specifics with you when we scope your plan.
